Taken from the Bill Wyman’s album Struttin’ Our Stuff, the track I’m Mad is this week’s hand-picked track of the week, chosen by Bill specially for you.
Bill described the album Stuttin’ Our Stuff as the best work of his career when it was released – and who can argue with that? With material ranging from the 50’s to the 70’s, Stuttin’ Our Stuff also happens to feature some of the worlds’ greatest musicians.
Struttin’ Our Stuff includes contributions from Peter Frampton, Georgie Fame, guitar legend Albert Lee, Gary Brooker of Procul Harem fame, Eric Clapton, Paul Carrack (Mike & The Mechanics), percussion wizard Ray Cooper noted for his work with Elton John and dynamic Graham Broad on drums who has worked with Madonna.
In an interview with French newspaper ‘Le Figaro’ Bill Wyman said:
‘I’ve wanted to do this for years. It’s the best work of my career and I’m very proud of it.
I’m Mad appeared as a track on Struttin’ Our Stuff, and features Geraint Watkins on vocals and Georgie Fame on organ. Enjoy!
