Bill’s track of the week is the wonderful Walking On My Own, which appeared on the Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings album Struttin’ Our Stuff.

The song Walking On My Own features the vocals of Bill himself along with the one-and-only Beverley Skeete.

With material ranging from the 50’s to the 70’s Struttin’ Our Stuff features some of the worlds’ greatest musicians.

Struttin’ Our Stuff includes contributions fromPeter Frampton, Georgie Fame, guitar legend Albert Lee, Gary Brooker of Procul Harem fame, Eric Clapton, Paul Carrack (Mike & The Mechanics), percussion wizard Ray Cooper noted for his work with Elton John and dynamic Graham Broad on drums who has worked with Madonna.

In an interview with French newspaper ‘Le Figaro’ Bill Wyman said: ”I’ve wanted to do this for years. It’s the best work of my career & I’m very proud of it.”

Struttin’ Our Stuff is available as part of the four CD collection The Kings Of Rhythm Volume 1: Jump, Jive And Wail.
