Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings performed at Acoustic Stage at Glastonbury Festival on June 28, performing on the same lineup as Sinead O’Conner, Jake Bugg and Martha Wainwright – with Bill and the band performing to over 2,000 festival goers for over an hour.

The lineup the Rhythm Kings performance included James Powell (drums), Bill Wyman (bass/vocals), Georgie Fame (organ/vocals), Beverley Skeet (vocals), Geraint Watkins (piano/vocals), Terry Taylor  and Andy Fairweather Low (guitars/vocals), Frank Mead and Nick Payn (horns).

The hour-long set included a fantastic range of legendary songs, including  I Got A Woman (Georgie), Sweet Soul Music (Beverley), Chicken Shack Boogie (Geraint), I Can’t Hold Out (Terry), Harlem Shuffle (Andy/Beverley), Jump, Jive & Wail (Georgie), Sugar Babe (Frank), This Is A Man’s World (Beverley), Route 66 (Andy), Hit The Road Jack (Georgie), I Just Wanna Make Love To You (Beverley) and finished with You Never Can Tell (Bill).
