Bill attended the Michael Cooper’s book launch at the Carly Simon Gallery in New York with many celebrities.
 
Bill celebrated his 53rd birthday with a dinner party at Red Zone Club, New York, with The Rolling Stones and friends. Bill’s parents and son Stephen flew in from UK to attend but Mandy did not attend.
