With the opening of the Stone Alone In Saint Paul photo exhibition and the award ceremony honouring Bill Wyman behind him, Bill spent Monday, June 7 in St Paul in France updating his diary, and watching news and videos of the events from the previous few days. And, as the weather was great, Bill also headed out into the garden to take photos of plants and nature. Then, in the evening, Bill began packing his large suitcase and hanging wardrobe – Bill had been on tour for some time in Spain before coming to St Paul – and made ready for the trip back to London.

Bill was up early on Tuesday, June 8, travelling by car back to London – and while the journey was uneventful, Bill says they nearly ran out of petrol due to the lack of service stations along the route. After clocking up over 850 miles in a day, Bill got back to him home in London, then headed to bed for a well-earned rest.

Back to business on Wednesday, June 9, with Bill meeting up with Caroline from the Ripple office to go through business updates, and Bill also caught up on the vast amount of mail and email. It took the best part of the day to get on top of things, and then Bill worked on his digital photos during the evening, finishing late.

But, a late start didn’t hold back Bill on Thursday, with him getting up early, and spending the day immersed in his project work, carrying on into the night.
